The Website will continue for the time being and we are still open for needed prayers. SO WE PRAY THAT THE LORD S LOVE, PEACE, JOY BE GRANTED UNTO YOU ALL.

FOR THOSE WHOM SEEK ETERNAL LIFE AND WISDOM OF GOD , ASK JESUS TO COME AND ABIDE WITH YOU AND ACCEPT HIM AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOUR . READ JOHN 3: 16 .

It is with great sadness that we have to inform you Leslie Armstrong our Chairman has gone to Glory, The very first mention of Leslie is in 1960 when he became a committee member. Leslie also did a lot with the Navy cadets as he himself served in HM Navy. Leslie did many years with St Johns Ambulance training people in first aid. He himself was a local lay preacher serving THe Lord and declaring Gods Love & Salvation of ever lasting life. In his later years visted the local prison to speak with the prisoners about Gods love and forgiveness. Leslie had been ill for a few years but still was our chairman came to the meeting with great difficulty. Like all of our committee whom have run the race and reached their Goal of eternal life in the presence of The Lord .

John 3 v 16 is the passport of eternal life and the adoption into Gods Family.

  • Hello World

It is with great sadness that we have to report that the Reverend Colin Lewis has gone to Glory. Colin became chairman of Floating Christian Endeavour on the 26th September 1981 and resided in this postion till August 2012 , when he had to sadly resign due to failing health. Colin lived in Gloucester where he was a minister but traveled upto London to attend the meetings. 31yrs of faithful service to Floating Christian Endeavour. Our prayers and thoughts go out to his family at this time. For us we have very fond memories of a man who always had a smile and concerns for those who he met and had fellowship with. Colin was a great servant of The Lord . We shall miss him till we met once again in Heaven.

Floating Christian Endeavour in the last few weeks have sent out letters and Emails to supporting members, asking for their response if they still want to stay as members, so we can have a complete overall valuation of the commitment to FCE. In April we are going to have a committee meeting where we will look at the outcome of the responses.

We still get the support of the members whom we have contact .The ports we support are grateful for FCE help with the gifts and money to help those whom are in need , for examlpe t o contact loved ones via phone or need help in their getting qualification to be mariniers.

    thank you for your support

    FCE Committee.
